OUR RETURN POLICY

We thank you for your order at Camicissima. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchases, we will be happy to help you.

Within how many days do I have to return the goods? We remind you that our products can be returned within 30 days from the order date.

What are the shipping costs? The shipping costs will be at your expense, Fenicia agrees to pay the shipping costs for the goods that will be sent to replace that return, in case it requires an exchange.

What is the return address? Fenicia s.P.a - Piazza Cavour 3 - Milan 20121

You can contact the customer service customercare@camicissima.com; they will reply within 72h00 from the sending of the email

How should I return?

         The products must be returned inside a package, it is not necessary to be the original one
         The products must never be used, washed or damaged
         Products must be labeled
         You must indicate the reason for the return (different from the images on the site, I do not like it, it does not look good)


If a product arrives damaged, what should I do? We advise you to immediately send an email to customer service (customercare@camicissima.com) attaching the photos of the damaged product and indicating the number of the order you find in the order confirmation received by email.

REPLACEMENT

         Indicate the quantity of returned products
         Indicate the model and size of the product you wish to return
         Indicate model and size of the product that requires replacement
         His address and his telephone number
         Reason for the replacement (different from the images on the site, it arrived too late, does not dress well, I received a wrong product, product arrived damaged, wrong color, wrong size)


REFUND

         The reimbursement, if applicable, as only Fenicia s.P.a (Camicissima) has the right to determine whether the products are in their original state, will be prepared at the time of receipt of the                     package at our warehouse.
         The reimbursement for more products will be calculated on the total value of the items involved in the promotion, divided by the number of individual pieces ordered.
         Promotion example NON IRON 2X 129.90: 129.90 / 2 = 64.95

         The refund for a single product will be calculated based on the value of the same
         Processing times may require about 10 working days, depending on the timing of the issuing institution that issued your card
         You will be sent an email by the administration as soon as the refund has been made
